Order Processing
All T-shirt products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party print providers (“print-on-demand”). Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak times (holidays or sales), processing may take longer.
Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or customs.

International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of damaged items to process a replacement.
